My pup had her first visit (general wellness check) here today and had an amazing experience! She didn't want to leave by the end of her appontment. The staff was super friendly and they made sure she felt comfortable and showered her with love and treats. I had a bit of miscommunication regarding my appointment, but they were kind and resolved it quickly. They also gave me a packet to take home with tons of useful information. BOOK WITH DR. VALLEE FOR A PROBLEMATIC DOG!!! I fostered, then adopted an 80lb 1 yr old "Pandemic puppy" with separation and general anxiety...with many issues. We are Wallie's 3rd home😔 Very sweet and smart dog but definitely a challege! I luckily discovered Cedar Park Clinic after a terrible uncaring vet visit. The first clinic seemed friendly (over email and phone) about my concerns. I was wrong! They seemed annoyed and Wallie was not over the top. Just a little nervous and hyper, normal behavior for a young dog being somewhere new. The vet was very disconnected and rushed. I got a pamphlet for a dog trainer and she actually said "There isn't much you can do for these guys." She also discontinued his med he had been taking for his anxiety since being in the humane society. Wallie went from manageable to a complete unruly, overly stressed and out of control dog without this medication. Cedar Park Animal Clinic has become my saving grace, for Wallie as well. From entering to checking out of the clinic was a very positive, kind, and professional experience. Dr. Vallee was so friendly and compassionate. She sat in a chair, eye level to me and I could tell she was truly listening. There was no rush, she took her time and gave many helpful tips and suggestions. Dr. Vallee's bedside manner with Wallie and I was far beyond my expectations. It is a blessing to find a person with such kindness, she is one of a kind!!!!! I would like to thank Dr. Vallee and the whole staff for making us feel welcomed and genuinely cared for.

We're new to the neighborhood and I was worried I wouldn't find a good animal hospital. Cedar Park Animal Clinic blew me away with their professionalism and their honesty. You can tell they sincerely love their patients and love their jobs. Haven't seen that at an animal clinic in a long time. They were honest about my pets diagnosis and don't try to to upsell me unnecessary items. I very much appreciated that. Took my dog AND my cat and they both had a wonderful time and came back happy! I don't even know where to begin but I do want to say a HUGE thank you to CPAC. Dr Vallee is committed to the very best care for your furry friend. She helped me by checking my sweet baby boy Jasper out. Unfortunately it was a little to late and I had to make the heartbreaking decision to let my boy cross the rainbow bridge. When that time came (05.10.22) Janelle was super sweet and helped me with the process and took my sweet boy for his aftercare. I will miss him and he will forever be in my heart. I want to send a shout out to the vet tech that stayed with me during the euthanization process, Eric and Lynn as well. I will never soon forget the compassion you all have shown me the past couple of weeks and will be using you again once I adopt a new fur baby. Thank you again
